[EP] Iliuchina - Apocalypse Now (2012)

Release Notes:

Veronica Iliuhin Loren AKA Iliuchina, a 22 year old prodigy from Israel, started creating
music in the beginning of 2007. After releasing her debut EP – “Secret Prophecy” in 2010,
she became a part of Spectral Records from Portugal and since then has worked with some
of the leading artists in the Psychedelic Trance scene today. Iliuchina ranges between 145-
147 BPM, with dark brooding atmospheres, spine tingling melodies and driving bass lines.
With a debut album looming in 2013, and her recent signing to the Kaos Krew Records artist
roster with a 3rd artist EP planned for the end of 2012, she is ready to break loose, so keep
watching this space for one of the leading forces out there on the psychedelic trance scene.

The 2012 apocalyptic phenomenon comprises a range of eschatological beliefs according
to which cataclysmic or transformative events will occur on 21 Dec 2012. This date is
regarded as the end-date of a 5,125-year-long cycle in the Mesoamerican Long Count
calendar. Various astronomical alignments and numerological formulae have been proposed
as pertaining to this date. A New Age interpretation of this transition is that this date marks
the start of time in which Earth and its inhabitants may undergo a positive physical or spiritual
transformation, and that 2012 may mark the beginning of a new era. Others suggest that
the 2012 date marks the end of the world or a similar global catastrophe.

Similarly many of the old vanguard within the Psy Trance industry believe the winds of change,
or perhaps even the tidings of the psychedelic apocalypse are upon us. Kaos Krew Records
have been at the forefront of this, pushing forward in a whirlwind of change, of innovation and
transformation, acquiring artists that are aligned to this phenomenon, of which Iliuchina is arguably
at the forefront of this new age that is currently unfolding within the Psy Trance industry.
